A Thanksgiving Prayer

Dear Lord of all of creation, you have showered me with blessings too numerous to count. My heart desires to offer you grateful praise at every moment, as your servant Paul wrote in Thessalonians 5:18, “In all circumstances give thanks, for this is the will of God for you in Christ Jesus.” May my gratitude pour forth in both good times and in bad, whether I am sick or healthy, as a sure testament to my faith in your ever-present and infinite love. I ask this grace through the Blessed Virgin Mary, my heavenly Mother and model of day-to-day living in complete fidelity to your holy will. Amen.
May you and your family enjoy a blessed Thanksgiving Day! The Vincentian priests and brothers, along with everyone at the Association of the Miraculous Medal, appreciate your faithful support of our shared mission. AMM offices will be closed on November 25 & 26 and will reopen November 29.
The grounds of the National Shrine of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal remain open to visitors throughout the holiday weekend. Please check here for November 26-28 holiday tour and gift shop hours.

Monthly Intention of His Holiness Pope Francis

Each month, the Holy Father invites us to add a special petition to our Masses and prayers. During October, please join fellow AMM members in beseeching Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal and Our Lord, Jesus Christ:
“For Missionary Disciples
We pray that every baptized person may be engaged in evangelization,
available to the mission, by being witnesses of a life
that has the flavor of the Gospel.”
Let us pray to the Lord.

All masses will resume on Sunday, November 28 at 11:00 a.m.
Saturday and weekday masses will be held at 12:10 p.m. as usual.

Please join the Association in praying for the people of Waukesha, Wisconsin, following the Christmas parade tragedy.

Mother Mary, you care for our needs, large and small. A mother at every moment, you will never abandon your children. Today, we ask you to be with those whose lives have been changed forever by the tragedy in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Grant them comfort in their present suffering and the consolation of hope for the days ahead. May they feel God’s love and care by way of your maternal embrace. O Mary conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee.

The Blessed Virgin herself designed the Medal of the Immaculate Conception--popularly known as the Miraculous Medal! No wonder, then, that it wins such extraordinary graces for those who wear it and pray for Mary's intercession . . .
