Association of the Miraculous Medal

As testimonies to the generosity of God's love in answer to prayers offered through our Lady of the Miraculous Medal, the Association receives thousands of letters. In that spirit of gratitude to God, the Association publishes edited sections of some letters.

July 15, 2019

The first letter is from Washington.

Dear Father,

I feel so blessed. Last year in mid-March, I lit a Votive Light for the health of my parents. My mom was in the hospital and I was afraid that I would lose her without getting to spend quality time with her. I started wearing my Miraculous Medal and haven't taken it off since then. My prayer intention was that my parents would continue to live for several years and that we would all have the time to be together as a family before they passed away. They lived many states away, so I prayed that they would move to Washington and live with me and my brother. While my dad was in the hospital, I prayed to Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal. I asked my dad if he and mom would move closer to me so that we could be a family and help take care of them. He said yes! There were so many miraculous helpers along the way. And now, my parents live very close to me. As I take care of them, I am overwhelmed with their generous gifts to me in the form of family stories and memories of my childhood. I feel so loved and blessed. The blessings haven't stopped, they just keep coming. I am so grateful to our Lady for her intercession.

The second letter is from Colorado.

Dear Father,

I remember hearing these words, "Remember that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, or sought thy intercession was left unaided." I know these words are true. Our Lady spoke to Jesus for me to keep my job over the summer. I encourage everyone to wear a Miraculous Medal and to believe in these words.
